Is that a real name?

Furzel? Obiosuly, according to Cergie, these are thistles...; and you should be able to recognise! :-)

These last b&w shots are really nice! Which camera are you now using? Happy with your little Canon?

Thanks everyone, but I confess I made up the name furzel. Not out of sheer mischief but just because I don't have many plant-words in my vocabulary. I think it was inspired by the similarly imaginary "woozle" from winnie-the-pooh.

FF - thanks for your ever-welcome visits. Unfortunately I can't return the compliment because your blog only allows fully paid-up Blogger-bloggers or Open-ID sorts to participate, not unidentifiable low-life such as myself. But I still READ it!

What? What? What??
You can't comment on my blog??
But I miss your pithy (i said - pithy) comments.
I shall allow access to the common people.

I think furzel should be a real name.

So we all got confused about the furzel ... and it's a pure invention!!! :-)
